To all parents considering Watch Me Grow as the daycare and learning place for your child, I would like say that you are headed in the right direction. Choosing a daycare for your child can be a scary thing especially when you don’t have friends or family to make recommendations. Please allow me, as a parent, to highly recommend Watch Me Grow. When I drop my children off at Watch Me Grow I can sense that everyone on the staff genuinely enjoys their job and has a genuine love for each child. The facility is consistently impeccable, the projects my children work on are consistently creative and just downright adorable, and the staff members are consistently in high spirits. I really enjoy the fact that I can check on my children through the webcam technology and the fact that Watch Me Grow proves they have nothing to hide really says a lot. It’s a great feeling to know my children are going to have a big smile on their face every time I pick them up at the end of the day. As a matter of fact, they often want to stay longer. We would recommend Watch Me Grow to anybody. Our daughter was having a hard time adjusting to a new daycare when we move to Arizona. Julie and her teachers took our daughter in and were so courteous and engaged. Daphne now loves going to school and has come such a long way. “My 4 year old daughter, Saige, has been enrolled now for over three years at Watch Me Grow. Up until that point I had been using a nanny service upon which my child’s safety and well being were in jeopardy. A positive change to accommodate our very important family member was in need! A friend of mine recommended our family consider WMG. I was worried as all parents usually are about enrolling her in a daycare program. This however, is not what may be referred to as a standard run of the mill daycare. This is complete “Peace of Mind!!” Socially our children have the interaction of other children within their age group mastering the same skills and triumphs. We can not say enough about how wonderful Watch me Grow Childcare is. We have never experienced anything as warm, caring, and friendly the teachers, staff and center is. We love Watch Me Grow and all the teachers. We came to WMG to help ensure Hannah will get the level of care she needs to grow and thrive. Home daycare (while it may be less expensive) can’t offer the same educational experiences and level of safety as WMG. And we haven’t been disappointed. Through the past 1˝ years Hannah has made tremendous strides and has a new long list of friends. The overall experience has been great.
We LOVE Watch Me Grow. B is always excited to get to school and see Ms. Irma in the mornings. His nightly conversations consist of Ms. Sylvia and Ms. Sabrina over and over and over. My husband and I could not be happier with the care you have provided for him while we are at work. It is with great pleasure that we write this letter to recommend Watch Me Grow. Our children (ages 5 and 2) have been at Watch Me Grow for over a year and they have flourished under the care of the staff at this facility. It is never easy to make the choice to put your children in a childcare facility. In fact it was one of the hardest decisions we’ve made. We all want the best for our kids and you want them to be safe and loved. I cannot think of a better place for my children to be than at Watch Me Grow. We have tried various childcare establishments from the chain facilities to the in home daycare. This is, by far, the best place we have found. Our children are excited to go to preschool every day. They don’t want to leave when we pick them up. They are happy and loved as much as if they had been home with us.
The staff at Watch Me Grow is excellent. We feel that our kids are learning and growing each and every day they are there. If there is any issue or concern on our part, the staff is quick to respond and put our concerns at ease. We love having the ability to check in on our little ones throughout the day by using the on-line cameras. It is great to see our kids and watch what they are doing. We are so grateful to be able to leave our children with a staff that teaches our children as well as provides them with love.

"It is with no hesitation and full confidence that we write this on behalf of Julie and her staff of Watch Me Grow. Being teachers, my husband and I have certain expectations for our daughters and their first learning experiences. To name a few, we want our children to be safe, engaged, and excited to go to school every day. Sounds like every parent's expectations, right? Well this isn't easy at any facility that reads DAYCARE or PRESCHOOL on their marquee. Watch Me Grow gets it. The staff and environment opens itself to exceeding our expectations. We found these qualities, plus much more when we enrolled our two daughters there. From the first moment we met Julie and her staff we knew our search was over. When we stepped into the bright, clean, safe, and welcoming facility it "felt" good, it "felt" inviting, and with the codes and cameras it was safe. It is very comforting knowing that at any point in our day away from our daughters we can log in to see what activities they are doing. It keeps the staff accountable for all their actions, too. You can have a clean place, great security codes, and viewable cameras, but if you don't have quality staff you cannot separate your facility from XYZ Childcare down the street. With that said, the staff at WMG truly enjoy their roles in our children's lives. The climate of the WMG work environment is one that allows for teamwork. Staff members don't have a "that's not my job" attitude. The staff genuinely wants to spend the day with our children, no matter what room our child goes to for most of their day. Intrinsically staff members want to give their all to each child everyday.
The communication from WMG is consistent and thorough. The staff has many ways to let their families know what our children are learning each week. Parents are asked to be involved in the success of the site and the individual rooms. There are activities that allow for families to come together in support of our children. Watch Me Grow isn't a glorified babysitter; it is, however, a lifelong relationship between their teachers, the friends they make, and the families that support each other. Our daughters will hold onto that for years. In closing, our children are safe, free to be themselves, and delighted to walk into Watch Me Grow every day. Who will take care of our babies as we would when we cannot be there for them today? Watch Me Grow does, and sometimes better than we could do. That is what we as working parents want for our young daughters when we start our day. We are so fortunate to have Julie and her staff in our children's lives.
